There is a light system in place that shouldn’t be changed during rentals. There are spots that highlight the stage area, spots that brighten up the entire hall and spots that can be used for an evening reception.

Catering

You can opt for a self-service of coffee, tea and water during the entire event for a flat fee of 5 euro per person.
For lunch we can deliver sandwiches (6 euro per person) or sandwiches and soup (10 euro per person).
You are free to work with a catering company of your choosing. ViaVia doesn’t provide catering apart from sandwiches and soup but we can propose catering companies we know and love.

The big hall has a fully equipped bar with the following selection of drinks.

Capacity up to 200 people

Capacity up to 200 people standing or 150 seated.

The cost to rent the event hall is 1100 euro (21% VAT excl.) and can be used until 1 AM at the latest.
